PDC helped drirelease elevate its image and messaging to its target audience by reflecting their brand partners’ high design standards and sophistication. Equally important to the rebranding initiative was to establish consistency across all channels.
A key objective for drirelease was to increase co-branding opportunities with its partners and gain greater presence in retail space. To do so, they required a new identity that better connected with their customers’ activewear audience and was easier to reproduce across a myriad of applications and conditions. The new DR logo immediately drew positive responses from partners for its strong contemporary look and ease of application.
The new drirelease catalog/capabilities brochure tells a refreshed company story. It projects a forward-looking organization that is aligned with the objectives of their partners – and the aspirations of their audiences. It introduces new product lines as well as invites customers to work with them to create new materials that will change the landscape of the marketplace.

PDC met with drirelease leadership and their sales teams to examine how they interact, present and supply fabric samples to their customers and target markets. This process is a key factor in generating sales and a opportunity to project their strengthened brand image. The new fabric presentation and cataloging system developed by PDC made meetings more productive, follow-ups more efficient, and improved sales.

At the heart of the drirelease rebranding efforts is the “release” campaign that captures the energy and motivations driving the end-users who wear apparel utilizing DR technology. They seek release through the activities they are passionate about. drirelease provides the release in their clothing to keep them dry, comfortable and odor free as they pursue their passions. The ever-present, ghosted brand dr symbol subtly serves notice that drirelease is the leader in the performance fabric category.
