PDC has partnered with art publishers, Chase Art Companies, for over two decades to create marketing campaigns, publications, and gallery sales materials for some of the world’s most sought after artists. One of them — Theodor Geisel, a.k.a. Dr. Seuss — is one of the most globally recognized names in history. It has been an honor to work with Chase and the Seuss estate on many initiatives designed to engage with Seuss’s varied audiences.
Secrets of the Deep
Chase asked PDC to design and produce “Secrets of the Deep: The Lost, Forgotten, and Hidden Works of Theodor Seuss Geisel” — the definitive book on the history and art of Theodor Geisel. The 350-page book won the Gold (first place) Award in the Independent Publisher Book Awards beating out a formidable roster that included the second place winner, the beautifully crafted “Picasso Looks At Degas”, a comparative study of two of the 20th century’s greatest artists.

When the Art of Dr. Seuss went on a national tour, PDC designed various collateral to accompany the show. Posters, banners, hardcover book and slipcase packaging, a collectible tour brochure and other items to promote the exhibit.
