Carbon Foodprint Video
Compass Group’s innovative “Carbon FoodPrint” technology provides clients with cost effective solutions to lower the environmental impact of their food services. Onsite teams can use the scalable toolkit to make their operation more sustainable by minimizing carbon impact while, at the same time, implementing best practices that lower operational costs. Compass asked Pagliuco Design Company to create an engaging video that would implement Compass leadership comments on sustainability and present Carbon FoodPrint as an easy-to-use program to help increase operation buy-in and adoption.
Mushroom Blended Favorites Campaign
There’s the difficulty of selling ice in Alaska and then there’s selling mushrooms to anyone. Compass Group and the Mushroom Council teamed with PDC to do just that. We created the “Natural Combination” campaign to promote the benefits of adding mushrooms to meals targeted to guests dining in CG corporate cafes. Posters, table tents and a video were developed featuring original photography, infographics, and some humor.
